I moved into this lovely spot on the the Burke-Gilman trail in March 2009. It's a dark green-gray converted house on the southwest end of the block near Canal Street Coffee (which is at the southeast end of the block). Our door is on the ground floor, so skip past the concrete stairs, and come on in!
On the left: A view, from the north, of the back of Emerald Vine - taken from the junction where NW 36th St turns into Leary Way. On the right: Our entrance on the south, canal-facing side of the building.
2nd Ave NW curves to become NW Canal St and we're nestled right in its bend.
